Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
